There are a variety of items that can be acquired in We Happy Few. Some have to be discovered and others can be crafted. (Do items dropped on the ground despawn? If so, when? And under what conditions?)
Equipment
Outfits
Outfits are wearable items that help the player fit in to certain areas.
Weapons
Weapons are equippable items used for combat. Each weapon has a damage amount it causes and an amount of stamina it depletes.
Grenades
Grenades are consumable items that can be thrown at NPCs.
Manuals
Manuals are consumable items that allow players to permanently modify some built in stats, like stamina regeneration and stealthiness.
