Objectives
- Fix the broken water pump.

Those poor people. Their pump doesn't work. Some vandal seems to have taken the handle. Maybe I can make a new one with some bits of metal, and duct tape. There's really nothing you can't fix with duct tape. And then we could all use it.
Walkthrough
Defeat wastrels
you will have to somehow eliminate all the wastrels hitting the pump before you can fix it. The easiest way to do this is to attack one of them with a stealth kill and when the others notice you, use a melee weapon to bash them to peices.
Fix the pipe
Now that there is no-one in your way, you can fix the pipe with a pump repair kit. If you don't already know the recipe, you do now.
